CFO |
To guide and assist our Reno
based firm in becoming a regional, direct, privately
funded lender and equity investor in real estate value added and
development projects throughout the West. Must be CPA and have
five years of real estate development experience. Will serve on
four person management and credit committee of small growing
long established firm. Will supervise Comptroller and two Staff
Accountants, in deal analysis, investor reporting, tax return
preparation and/or supervision. Public SEC reporting company
experience helpful. We have approximately $50,000,000 under
management. Must be a consistent team player, interested in
equity earn in over 2-5 years. This person will be candidate
for becoming potential CEO successor, and as such, must be
capable of demonstrating leadership skills for that position.
Timberline or Master Builder experience helpful. |

New
Business Development Specialist |
Must have contacts throughout parts of
the the seven western states to bring numerous equity or loan
deal sources to the table, either directly with developer
builders or through brokers for private capital fund placement.
Must be capable of making initial deal screening, based on a
minimum of five years experience in real estate development or
lending. Should be capable of doing underwriting analysis and
credit committee presentations. Will be supported
by underwriter if necessary. Salary plus commission or
commission only for seasoned individuals. |

Investment Sales |
Individual to sell both debt and
equity real estate investment opportunities to individual
investors, pension plans, & investment advisors. Securities
licenses helpful, but not required. Three to five years of real
estate brokerage, development, or investment sales experience
required.

Commercial Real Estate Loan Consultant |
Experienced in commercial and
land development financing. Successful prior real
estate, development, financial or sales experience required.
We will train you, if you are ambitious, outgoing and well
organized. College degree required for trainee. Base plus
commission.
