We have been providing our clients with debt and equity real estate investment opportunities for over 35 years. 

Here is a short time line of our company's history:

  • 1970--We were first licensed in California as a mortgage broker.

  • 1974--Royce Construction created--SFR/Commercial Contractor/Developer.

  • 1986--Design Financial Created. Licensed As Nevada Mortgage Broker. Later became Royce Capital.

  • 1988--D.F. Properties Created. It Has Owned Apartments, Office Buildings, Land Developments.

  • 1991--Royce Capital Group created.

  • 1997--Royce Mortgage Investment Fund Created, with Royce Capital Group as General Partner.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to design common sense solutions for the needs of our customers regarding their real estate financing.  We subscribe to the following code of performance:

Altogether, our principals have over 100 years experience in the mortgage, mortgage investment, and construction industries.  Plus we are a Reno-based company and know the needs of Northern Nevada and the Truckee-Lake Tahoe area extremely well.  Reno is our home and we are committed to being a part of the Truckee Meadows' continued long term growth.
